We have had numerous problems with Comenity (better yet” comedy”) Bank’s computer system and web site. The president of the bank recently sent out a letter apologizing for the service problems. WebThe AAA cards look great on paper, but being associated with Comenity really is pulling these two cards down. If only AAA chose a different bank to back their new cards. AAA partners with US Bank for their other cards in a few different areas like Florida, but chose Comenity for these new cards. Such a shame.
