Web18 de set. de 2016 · The Hierarchic Dementia Scale was originally developed by Dr Martin Cole and Dr Dolly Dastoor in the 1970's to rate the level of cognitive functioning in people with dementia. It is not a diagnostic tool. It may contribute to care planning.
