WebMar 13, 2024 · I have a few user's who are reporting that the Dell Optiplex workstations they are using will freeze up for about 15-30 seconds randomly a few times per day. These machines range from 3 years of age to brand new out of the box, running both Windows 7 ENT or Windows 10 ENT. WebSep 13, 2011 · If the fan has a 3 pin wiring it could be sending the wrong setting to the bios, and causing to think that it is running slower than reported. Would have to replace the fan then.
