Small black spots on scrotum
Webb18 okt. 2012 · Hi, I just noticed about 10 small black spots on my scrotum. I only noticed them when I pulled the skin tight. They are about the size of a pen tip, maybe just slightly larger. They are mostly in one area, with a few scattered. They're sort of by a vein, but don't appear to be bloody. They aren't raised and they don't itch or burn. WebbAs a testicular cancer survivor I can say that with 99.9% surety that those have nothing to do with cancer in there. When you have testicular cancer, most of the time the tumor is encapsulated around your testicle. I say that to hopefully ease your mind a little. With that being said, see a doctor regardless.
